IAPWA Penang is hosting a massive adoption drive.

• When: Sat-Sun, 10 AM - 6 PM
• Who: 30 dogs, 20 cats.

All animals are vaccinated and dewormed. Adoption fees are minimal and cover medical costs. Come change a life!
